• For orders valued between ₹0 – ₹499

  Products priced between ₹0 and ₹499 are generally not eligible for return.

• However, if the customer still wishes to return the item, a deduction of ₹100 will be made before issuing the refund.

• This policy applies only to valid, unused, and intact products.

• If a defective or incorrect product has been delivered, this policy will not apply — in such cases, a full refund or exchange will be provided.

Requirement for claiming defect/wrong item:

• A video recording of the unboxing process is mandatory immediately after delivery.

• The video must clearly show the following:

  • All four sides of the package

  • Front and back views

  • The shipping label

  • The entire process of opening the package, without any cuts or edits

• प्रोडक्ट डिलीवरी के तुरंत बाद पैकेट खोलते समय की वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग आवश्यक होगी।

• इस वीडियो में निम्न चीज़ें स्पष्ट रूप से दिखनी चाहिए:

  • पैकेट के चारों तरफ़ का व्यू

  • फ्रंट और बैक साइड

  • शिपिंग लेबल

  • और पैकेट खोलने की पूरी प्रक्रिया, बिना कटे हुए
